JOYA was born from a simple but powerful belief: that every woman and every girl deserves dignity, opportunity, and a voice in shaping her own future.
Established in 2018 and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy (Registration #6194), JOYA has grown from a small initiative to a nationwide organization with the capacity to serve all 34 provinces of Afghanistan.
As A national, women-led and women-focused organization, we bring unique perspective and understanding to the challenges faced by women and girls in Afghanistan.
